We manage our mailing list through the Online MAILCHIMP service, which maintains your contact information securely and never passes it on to 3rd parties. ECO will never provide your contact details to a third party, nor sell them. On each message that you receive from us, you will find an option to delete your contact details and unsubscribe from our mailing list.

 

We ask you for details of your general location. That is only to know where you might be interested in geographically local events. Please feel free to write 'Ariege' or 'near Cahors' or 'NE Occitanie' or 'UK'- or of course just to leave the field blank if you wish.

 

We invite you to give us your telephone number so that we can send you SMS messages about events. Again, you are welcome not to give us this information and we will not sell your number to tele-sales services. We would never normally telephone you and we will never ever ever ask you for money on the telephone nor to buy Amazon Gift Cards nor for any personal information or information about bank or credit card details. If anyone ever contacts you in this way, please hang up the call or delete the e-mail at once!
