Welcome to Advent 3 !

 

This morning's service will play on this page from YouTube on Sunday 17^th December and will be led by Bob Carr. The service will include the lighting of our 3rd Advent Candle. Clive Billenness will present a reflection about John The Baptist. Our service will also include prayers for peace and justice in the Middle East.

 

In addition, and possibly for the first time in mainland Europe, our service will include in its prayers of intercession a prayer from the Church of England's Prayers of Love and Faith for Christians in same-sex relationships.

 

Our broadcast will begin at 10:15 and our service will begin at 10:30

 

As an Ecumenical Church, you are welcome to participate in our Communion irrespective of whether you are confirmed in another Church or not. You will need to have a small piece of bread and a small amount of wine (or fruit juice) to hand to consume during the service.

 

All the words of the service and the readings will appear on-screen.

 

After the service we hope you will be able to stay and join us in our Zoom Virtual Coffee Bar which will open at 11:30 am.
